Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. To enquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the UK and Northern Ireland please contact us on 0141 248 5666 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I know when my order has been processed?
Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email as it contains your order confirmation number, which you may need at a later date.
When will my item arrive?
Delivery of products other than our online ring stock should be delivered to you within 5 working days of order confirmation.
The majority of our online ring stock is available in the standard sizes of LMNO and we are happy to cater for other sizes upon request. Sizes of LMNO should be dispatched within 2 weeks of order. For other ring sizes, the lead-time may be longer (up to 6 – 8 weeks) as we require to make a custom order with our suppliers. In the event that we require to make a custom order, we will contact you directly by phone or email upon receipt of your order to advise of delivery times and will keep you updated on the status of your order by email. Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all deliveries will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, under normal circumstances we offer collection at our store at 4 Argyll Arcade, Glasgow G2 8BA. Please note that collection may not be available when COVID-19 restrictions are in place.
Can I track my order?
We will keep you informed by e-mail at all stages of the order process from confirmation of order details through to dispatch.
Do you buy second-hand jewellery?
Yes, we buy second-hand jewellery. If you have a Vintage, Antique, Georgian, Edwardian, Victorian, Art-Deco or other styles that you would like us to value, please visit us in-store with your jewellery or email us at email@example.com with clear photos and descriptions of the items you wish to sell.
What ring sizes do you stock?
The majority of our online ring stock is available in the standard sizes of LMNO and we are happy to cater for all sizes by ordering in further sizes upon request.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
All online orders are nicely presented in a McGowans box. We offer gift-wrapping both in store and for online orders. Please request gift-wrapping in your order notes at checkout.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, we offer Interest Free Credit through our third-party partner, Novuna, for those of you who wish to spread the cost of your purchases over several months or even years. Please contact us on 0141 248 5666 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We also offer a range of payment options, including credit card payments at no extra charge and have a tax-free shopping option for those of you that are visiting our store from outside the EU.
Does my item come with a guarantee?
Every item we sell comes with a full year’s guarantee. McGowans products are guaranteed from date of purchase against manufacturers default. This excludes accidental damage that may occur.
Do you offer repairs and aftercare?
Yes, we offer repairs and aftercare services at our workshop. You can find out more about our services here.
Do you do custom orders?
